About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. As a key member of our Floss Agency team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional mortgage advice and protection to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients virtually to discuss their mortgage needs and provide personalized advice and solutions.
  • Work closely with our Admin Support Team to ensure all cases are completed and compliant with FCA regulations.
  • Liaise with lenders to stay up-to-date with new products and services.
  • Meet and exceed targets, building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with our existing client base to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • High level of numeracy and literacy, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Drive and motivation to succeed, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, including some Saturdays.
