About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our team at King & Chasemore. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality mortgage advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Estate Agency team through training and support
  • Conduct regular appointments with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and provide tailored advice
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in mortgage regulations to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to client meetings
