Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Supervisor to join our prestigious contract located in London Liverpool Street. The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a high profile commercial environment requiring critical and non-critical maintenance.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority, NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing/Heating or equivalent, and demonstrate thorough knowledge of all building services; particularly A/C and BMS.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To attend and complete reactive Mechanical and Plumbing works within Service Level agreements for Attendance, Response and Completion.
  2. Responsible for maintaining mechanical installations, repairs and maintenance to M&E Plant and Building Fabric.
  3. Completing Planned Maintenance in line with SFG20 and HTM Guidelines.

The salary for this position is £48,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
