Key Responsibilities- To lead the Estates mechanical and engineering trades staff in daily duties, both reactive and proactive, under the management of the Mechanical Estates Manager.
- To provide specialist leadership, advice and support on mechanical plant within the Trust.
- Must complete recognised BTEC Hospital Competent Persons accredited courses, including Med Gas, Water Safety, Ventilation.
- Hold a full valid driving licence and carry out driving duties as required.
- Must be experienced in fault diagnosis and analysis of complex critical equipment and systems, taking the necessary remedial action where appropriate.
- Completed recognised AP Training Med Gas, Water Safety, Ventilation.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave entitlement and opportunities for professional development.
