Healthcare Service Director

We are recruiting a Duty Pharmacy Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacists and support staff, and delivering exceptional pharmacy services to our customers.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a strong focus on patient care and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective pharmacy services and processes.
- Fostering relationships with local healthcare providers and primary care networks.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Maintaining accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
Requirements:
- A pharmacy degree from a recognized institution.
- Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
- Completion of a DBS check before employment.
