About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Radius. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a proactive contact strategy to engage with our customer base
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to grow our customer base
  • Deliver a retention strategy to reduce churn and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate business reporting to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the telecoms industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
