About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Radius. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a proactive contact strategy to engage with our customer base
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to grow our customer base
- Deliver a retention strategy to reduce churn and maintain customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate business reporting to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the telecoms industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
