Resident Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated Resident Liaison Officer to join our client's team in Amersham, Bucks. The successful candidate will support the site manager in ensuring quality control, environmental, and health and safety requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the site manager in maintaining high standards of quality control, environmental management, and health and safety.
* Record and report any complaints made by residents, ensuring all issues are dealt with professionally and resolved in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with the site manager to identify and implement improvements to the service.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, stakeholders, and colleagues.
* Utilize office IT applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Word, to record and report data.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the Social Housing sector, with a focus on customer care.
* Valid UK driving license.
* Proficiency in using office IT applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
