About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Systems Lead to join our team at Risk & Compliance Platform. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Process Governance & Standards Compliance Team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and managing quality management systems. You will also have excellent planning and organizational skills, with a proven track record of executing Internal Audit programmes and liaising with other compliance functions and external certification bodies.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization. About the Salary

The salary for this position is $120,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses.

About the Job Description

The Process Governance & Standards Compliance Lead will report to the Director – IMS & Process Governance and is part of the Integrated Management System & Process Governance team of 17 colleagues within People, Culture and Standards staff functions within Business Area Wind.

The successful candidate will lead the PG&SC team to ensure effective planning and execution of the QHSSE Internal Audit Programme, liaison with internal compliance functions and the external certification body as well as the development and continuous improvement of compliance monitoring, performance and development of internal processes.

The role requires a strong knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant regulations and industry best practices related to quality management, environmental management, health and safety, security management, and other key areas. Experience working in the renewable energy or sustainable business industries is highly desirable.
