Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Nurse in a secure forensic setting, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental illnesses and personality disorders.
About the Role: This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Nurse to work in a low secure unit for men with mental illnesses and personality disorders. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides a full treatment pathway for patients requiring rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to patients with mental illnesses and personality disorders in a secure forensic setting.
- Assist and support staff in the management of the ward to ensure safe and effective management of patients and staff.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Qualified as a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Excellent team working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
- A flexible approach and a commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice.
- The drive to continually push your own personal learning and development.

- A competitive salary of £36,176 - £38,596 per annum DOE.
