- Conducting initial visits to assess the needs of the child and family
- Creating and implementing care plans to support the child and family
- Providing guidance and support to parents and carers to ensure the child's safety and well-being
- Chairing meetings with relevant professionals to discuss the child's progress and care plan
- Reviewing and updating the care plan as necessary
