Join our dynamic team of Defence Systems Engineers at Capgemini Engineering and take on the challenge of designing, developing, and integrating complex defence systems using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). As a System Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the application of MBSE methodologies to develop comprehensive system models for defence projects.

Job Description:

  • Design and develop defence systems that meet rigorous performance and reliability standards.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to define system requirements, architectures, and interfaces.
  • Conduct system design, analysis, and trade studies to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including specifications, design descriptions, and test plans.
  • Perform system integration, verification, and validation activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Defence Systems Engineering, with a strong focus on MBSE.
  • Proficiency in MBSE tools such as MagicDraw, Cameo Systems Modeler, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of systems engineering principles, processes, and standards (e.g., INCOSE, ISO/IEC 15288).
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama) and configuration management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Security clearance or the ability to obtain it.
