About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Nursery Assistant/Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Blom and Blom's independent day nursery in Hove. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning, development, and educational outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting and extending children’s learning, development, and educational outcomes
- Organising and overseeing the planning, implementation, and provision of activities
- Carrying out observations and evaluations
- Planning and providing next steps to support children’s development
Requirements
A level 2 or level 3 Nursery Nurse/Early Years Practitioners qualification, an understanding of the EYFS and key worker systems, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills are essential for this role.
