Civil Enforcement Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team at Unity Recruitment. As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and maintaining parking regulations in our area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
  • Record evidence and observations to monitor vehicles parking
  • Provide parking advice and directions to members of the public
  • Report any equipment that is in need of repair
  • Report other problems with signs, lines, or activity on the street
  • Act as a deterrent to inconsiderate parking
  • Report abandoned vehicles to management
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous Civil Enforcement experience of 6 months or more
  • Eye for detail
  • Experience of working with computerized systems
