Civil Enforcement Officer Role

Unity Recruitment is seeking a skilled Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team in East London. As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining parking regulations and ensuring the smooth flow of traffic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
  • Record evidence and observations to monitor vehicles parking
  • Report any equipment that is in need of repair to ensure efficient operations
  • Report other problems with signs, lines, or activity on the street
  • Report abandoned vehicles to management
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous enforcement experience of 6 months or more
  • Eye for detail and experience working with computerized systems
  • Ability to work 37+ hours per week, including Bank Holidays, on a rota basis

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £20.21 via umbrella, with uplifted rates available for overtime. Uniform will be provided, and you will be expected to provide your own black shoes.
