Site Manager Job Description

Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team in Nottinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple contracts from start to finish, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements, and managing labour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage labour and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and standards
  • Oversee the general day-to-day running of the site, including organizing and prioritizing workload
  • Liaise with main contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Certify works at regular intervals and complete necessary records and administration
Requirements:
  • Experience in the roofing and cladding sector
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
  • Knowledge of cladding and roofing systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • CSCS card, IPAF Cert, and SMSTS
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of 37,000 - 40,000
