Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our educational team, you will have the opportunity to teach languages such as French, Spanish, and German, creating engaging and interactive lessons that develop students' linguistic skills, critical thinking, and cultural awareness. Your creative approach to teaching will encourage students to express themselves confidently in another language, enhancing their appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality lessons in the specified languages.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
  • Implement creative teaching strategies to motivate and engage learners.
  • Encourage student participation in extracurricular language activities, including clubs and cultural events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the language curriculum and share effective practices.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all students.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching languages at the secondary level is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for inspiring students.
