We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Multilingual Education Specialist to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and have a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering exciting and engaging lessons that challenge and inspire secondary students to reach their full potential
- Monitoring and assessing students' progress and keeping regular records of secondary students' academic performance
- Creating a positive learning environment that is both safe and conducive for learning
- Collaborating with school management, teaching staff, and parents to provide quality academic support for secondary students
- Preparing and participating in school-related activities such as performances, events, and parent/teacher meetings
- Adhering to safeguarding policies and promoting the welfare of all children
- Using a variety of effective classroom management strategies to ensure an orderly and safe learning environment
The ideal candidate will have:
- QTS or equivalent
- Degree in a relative field - A Subject of Specialism
- A recognized qualification in teaching, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Education or any relevant field
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students
- Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and its application in class
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to facilitate different learning styles
- A passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives
