Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bournemouth. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview and assess candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of our clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales calls and client visits
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets while maintaining high-quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
Requirements:
- A full UK driving license is essential
- A friendly and warm personality with excellent communication skills
- Business development experience and a proven track record in a client-facing role
- Experience in a similar recruitment role is preferred but not essential
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
