Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at Swanstaff Ltd. As a care home in Bromley, we provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, including those with dementia, in a supportive and caring environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver person-centered nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  2. Administer medications, monitor health conditions, and update care plans accordingly.
  3. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-standard care.
  4. Provide support and guidance to care staff, helping them to develop their skills in care delivery.
  5. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider care team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Nurse, must have a minimum of 3 months plus in healthcare industry.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must have an adult DBS on update service.
  • Must have Valid NMC pin.
