We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at Swanstaff Ltd. As a care home in Bromley, we provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, including those with dementia, in a supportive and caring environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Administer medications, monitor health conditions, and update care plans accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-standard care.
- Provide support and guidance to care staff, helping them to develop their skills in care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider care team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Nurse, must have a minimum of 3 months plus in healthcare industry.
- Effective communication skills
- Must have an adult DBS on update service.
- Must have Valid NMC pin.
