Key Responsibilities

As a Production Planner at Fluke, you will be responsible for scheduling all manufacturing priorities, including Build, Test, Calibration, and Shipment. You will work closely with the Production Team Leaders to ensure seamless business forecasting and customer expectation management.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Prepare monthly PSI plan (Production, Sales & Inventory) for review and approval by the Operations Manager.
  • Maintain the "Line of Balance" charts for Operations to ensure visibility of the production plan for the Materials team.
  • Create, maintain, and schedule open WIP (Work In Progress) Jobs in the Fluke ERP system (Oracle) to ensure correct reflection of customer demand.

Your Team

You will work closely with the existing Master Scheduler, Production Team Leaders, Production Manager, Buyer/Planners, and the Technician Supervisor to ensure the successful implementation of production scheduling and communication.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with complex production scheduling and communication is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge desirable.
