Senior Mental Health Physician

About the Opportunity:

We are representing a leading healthcare provider in search of an experienced and dedicated Senior Mental Health Physician to join their Male PICU service at a hospital in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide expert psychiatric care to patients with complex mental health needs. As a Senior Mental Health Physician, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, as well as leading a team of mental health professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar setting and possess strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients with complex mental health needs
  • Lead a team of mental health professionals
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A medical degree and specialist training in psychiatry
  • Experience working in a similar setting
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
