Job Title: Multiskilled Carpenter/Plumber

We are seeking a skilled tradesman to join our team as a Multiskilled Carpenter/Plumber. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work on social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general repairs, kitchen fitting, and bathroom fitting on void properties
  • Work on a long-term contract with the potential to become permanent
  • Previous experience in similar works is required
  • Hold relevant qualifications (NVQs/City & Guilds) in Joinery or Plumbing
  • Be competent in completing other basic repairs and maintenance
  • Work a 37-hour week, Monday to Friday
  • Be on tools and transport
