Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled joiner/plumber to join our team in Derbyshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work on social housing properties, including general repairs, kitchen fitting, and bathroom fitting. This is a long-term contract with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general repairs and maintenance work on social housing properties
• Fitting kitchens and bathrooms
• Working on void properties
• Maintaining a 37-hour working week, Monday to Friday

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Joiner or plumbing bias, with relevant qualifications (NVQs/City & Guilds)
• Competence in completing other basic repairs/maintenance
