Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 per annum
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team at Tes Global. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our Sales and Marketing functions.
Your primary focus will be on reporting and analysis, ensuring that our business leaders have the insights they need to make informed decisions. You will also be responsible for providing financial support on a wide range of initiatives, including business planning, product roadmap development, and acquisition integrations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial guidance and support to Sales and Marketing functions
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Prepare and present financial reports to business leaders
- Support business planning and product roadmap development
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to drive work on accuracy and efficiency of accounting records, reporting, and analysis
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve financial processes and deliver efficiencies
- Lead small team of Management Accountants/Business Analysts
- Provide high service levels to the business
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3+ years PQE
- Experience of working with and analysing large data sets
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong commercial awareness combined with robust numerical and analytical skills
- Proactive, ability to use initiative, anticipate issues, and develop practical solutions in a collaborative manner
- Articulate with good verbal and written communication skills
- 25 days annual leave rising to 30
