As our Sustainability Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our sustainability strategy and driving environmental stewardship. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for sustainability and a proven track record in developing and implementing effective sustainability programs.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive environmental improvements, and engaging with stakeholders to promote our sustainability efforts. You will also be responsible for monitoring progress towards our sustainability goals, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance our environmental performance. We offer a competitive salary of £61,500 - £63,500, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday a year, auto-enrolment of 5% pension, private medical insurance, private dental insurance, life assurance, discounted gym facilities in our admin office building, employee assistance programme, seasonal ticket loans, and child care vouchers.
