Health and Safety Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional to lead our commitment to safety, sustainability and compliance.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you shape and implement cutting-edge health, safety and environmental practices that drive excellence across operations.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating internal and external audits, as well as managing the collation of environmental data and required reporting.
Your focus will be on risk management, legal adherence and building a culture of safety, protecting our people and the environment.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and coordination of internal and external audits and any actions arising in order to ensure compliance and successful renewal of external certification.
- Coordinating and driving H&S training as required, including induction and refresher training.
- Managing collation of environmental data and required reporting for annual submission to the Local Authority.
- Planning and driving an increased focus on energy management / carbon neutrality / waste reduction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree level education in Health, Safety and Environmental or occupational hygienist.
- At least 4 years of experience within a senior HSE role.
