Registered Care Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Stratford Lodge, a specialist residential care home for young adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of our residents.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that focus on building life skills and promoting independence.
- Work closely with the Head of Care to drive strategic growth and improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulatory standards and maintain a 'Good' rating.
- Manage budgets, resources, and reporting to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements:
- A Level 5 qualification in care management or a related field.
- Experience in supporting individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
- Ability to manage change and lead a team.
- Enhanced DBS check and reference checks.
