Job Title: Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team in Salisbury & Andover. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our care services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and management to our care team, ensuring exceptional client outcomes and high-quality care services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, and quality standards, achieving a minimum of a 'Good' CQC inspection rating.
  • Accountable for the health and safety of staff and clients, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Continuously review and improve processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Identify and recruit high-quality care assistants, implement excellent training, and maintain high retention ratios.
  • Ensure the provision of staff training and the delivery of high-quality care services to vulnerable individuals.
  • Manage scheduling to ensure care assistants deliver allocated care to clients.
  • Take ownership of quality assurance and governance through scheduled spot checks, service reviews, internal audits, and annual surveys.
  • Complete and continuously improve assessments, risk assessments, and support plans to ensure client outcomes and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 qualification in Social Care.
  • In-depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores.
  • Management experience of service provision in the care industry.
  • Experience in managing people.
