We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the execution of large-scale MEP projects in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, commercial awareness, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee pre-construction design and value engineering
* Manage contract programmes and progress reports
* Procure and manage subcontractors
* Oversee commissioning and handover to clients

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years project management experience in the M&E sector
* Good commercial understanding and awareness
* Ability to create basic programmes in Asta/MS Projects
* SMSTS or equivalent
