Sales Ledger Administrator Job Overview

Job Responsibilities:
  • New Client Setup: Establish relationships with new clients and ensure smooth onboarding processes.

  • Financial Reconciliation: Accurately reconcile banking transactions, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Month-End Support: Provide valuable assistance during month-end activities, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks.
  • Debt Collection: Effectively chase outstanding debts, maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Creditor Management: Furnish creditors with VAT receipts, fostering strong working relationships.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with expertise in data analysis and document creation.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional time management skills, prioritizing workload effectively to meet demanding deadlines.
