We are seeking an experienced Ledger Clerk to provide administrative support to our sales ledger team and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of Sales Ledger: Processing invoices, posting debit/credits, stock control and reconciliation, cash receipts, and lodgments.
- Support for Month-End Balancing and Year-End Audit: Assisting with preparation for month-end balancing and year-end audit.
- Customer Care: Dealing with customer inquiries and resolving any relevant department queries.
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support as requested by Management and Directors.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Prioritisation: An understanding and appreciation for the importance of prioritising workload.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Black Fox Solutions as a Ledger Clerk and contribute to the success of our sales ledger team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
