Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Canterbury, delivering clinically excellent eye care to those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct around 6-7 patient visits daily, or 14-16 patients in care homes, with longer appointments to build strong patient relationships
  2. Make autonomous clinical decisions with immediate support from the senior optometrist team
  3. Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including a digital fundus camera, mobile slit lamp, I-care tonometer, and digital records system to provide a faultless service

  1. Strong performance-based bonuses, with 5% commission on daily sales of £1000 (paid monthly) - average daily sales are around £1700, making this a very achievable commission scheme
