Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a Primary school in Preston. The successful candidate will provide support for pupils with SEN/SEMH additional needs, promoting good behaviour and providing them with strategies to cope with high pressure situations and feelings.
Key Responsibilities:- Work in small group or 1:1 sessions with students aged 4 - 11 years old.
- Develop and implement behaviour support plans to meet individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent approaches to behaviour management.
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
- Previous experience in an SEN setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff.
- Competitive rate of hourly pay (£12.90 p/h).
