Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a Primary school in Preston. The successful candidate will provide support for pupils with SEN/SEMH additional needs, promoting good behaviour and providing them with strategies to cope with high-pressure situations and feelings.
Key Responsibilities:- Work in small group or 1:1 sessions with students aged years old who have SEMH additional needs and an EHC plan in place.
- Adhere to EHC plans and differentiate your approach to meet each individual student's needs.
- Establish trusting relationships with students based on respect, providing a safe environment to learn and build confidence.
- Know students' triggers and routines to provide effective support.
