About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join our team at XPS Group. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for managing complex pensions queries, providing consultative advice, and overseeing ad-hoc projects ensuring compliance with customer and legislative requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Client Relationship role within a pensions administration business, with a thorough knowledge of pension administration activities. You will also have experience with both Defined Contributions (DC) and Defined Benefits (DB) schemes, as well as strong knowledge of pensions legislation, taxation, and preservation.

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive participation in our annual discretionary Bonus Scheme, 25 days holiday with flexibility to buy/sell, flexible Bank holidays, pension scheme with matching contributions, and access to a digital GP service.
