Civil & Structural Engineer Role

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Civil & Structural Engineer to join our design team at EFAB Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering design and engineering solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Undertake design and engineering deliverables, including calculations, risk assessments, and sketches, to ensure safe and productive working practices.

* Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

* Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of projects.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines to ensure compliance and best practice.

**Requirements**

* Experienced Engineer with a strong background in Civil & Structural Engineering.

* Educated to a minimum of Degree level, with Chartered Engineer status or working towards.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with occasional flexible working and lone working required.

* Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK.
