At On Line Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Structural Design Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative engineering solutions for various Civil and Structural Infrastructure projects, including Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Power sectors.
  • Design and analyze calculations to Eurocodes for superstructure and foundations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, design sketches, and layouts to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Conduct structural inspections to identify potential issues and ensure safety standards are met.
  • Develop Basis of Design and Bills of Materials (BOMs) at FEED stages, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize CAD software to create design intent sketches and layouts, driving constructability reviews and ensuring design risk registers and schedules are up-to-date.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work within a multi-discipline engineering team to produce integrated engineering solutions, supervising designers and acting as a lead engineer for single-discipline projects.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in StaadPro, Tekla Building Designer, Tekla Tedds, and Navisworks.
  • Understanding of CDM regulations and familiarity with federated models.
  • Ability to undertake Principal Designer role and understand pricing construction for FEED using norms and vendors.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • BEng (Hons) in Civil or Structural Engineering, preferably Chartered with IStructE or ICE or working towards it.

Benefits:
