Job Description:

Holt Engineering is seeking an experienced Quality Process Improvement Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business, working closely with the manufacturing team to reduce costs associated with poor quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with internal auditing teams to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  3. Design and implement process flow maps and control plans.
  4. Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives and targets.

Key Requirements:
  1. Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
  2. Expertise in project processes, process flow mapping, and control plans.
  3. Strong internal auditing skills.
  4. Proficiency in Lean Management tools.
  5. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
