This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in Bracknell as an Apprentice Credit Controller. As a key member of the Accounting & Finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of credit control functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee credit control functions, maintaining accurate records of all credit transactions, including collections and invoices.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase successful collections, conducting credit checks and assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers.
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment plans and preparing monthly financial reports.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to enhance financial procedures, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Minimum 2 years Credit Control/AR experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
