This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in Bracknell as an Apprentice Credit Controller. As a key member of the Accounting & Finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of credit control functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee credit control functions, including collections and invoicing
- Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions
- Develop and implement strategies to increase successful collections
- Conduct credit checks and assess the creditworthiness of potential customers
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Comply with all financial regulations and standards
- Minimum 2 years Credit Control/AR experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
