Job Title: Engineering Trainer - Fluid Power

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Trainer to join our team at the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC). As an Engineering Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs in fluid power and mechatronic systems.

About the Role:
  • Deliver training programs in fluid power and mechatronic systems to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of fluid power and mechatronic systems, including pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-pneumatic, and electro-hydraulic systems.
  • Support the development of new training programs and materials, and contribute to the improvement of existing programs.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure a cohesive and effective training program.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to learners to support their development and progress.
