The Role

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the compliant and coordinated management of company and customer assets. You will advise, deliver, and implement company-wide stores solutions and best working practices. Additionally, you will manage and control air resupply movements of assets and personnel to support the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the management of all asset accounts and goods, including requisitions, receipt, storage, transportation, and distribution of stores in partnership with supporting agencies and maintenance service providers.
  • Manage the security of the range central stores building and contents in accordance with best practices, company guidelines, and specific controls such as ITAR.
  • Provide direct support to the Stores Team Lead with respect to the administration of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Asset Management.

Essential Experience:

  • We are open to varied experience, as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • It would be desirable if you had experience working in stores/warehouses.
