Warehouse Logistics Specialist

The Warehouse Coordinator role at QinetiQ is a critical position that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. As a key member of the Hebrides Stores Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliant and coordinated management of company and customer assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control air resupply movements of assets and personnel to St Kilda.
• Ensure the management of all asset accounts and goods, including requisitions, receipt, storage, transportation, and distribution of stores in partnership with Hebrides supporting agencies and maintenance service providers.
• Manage the security of the range central stores building and contents in accordance with best practice, QinetiQ guidelines, MoD asset management, and specific controls such as ITAR.
• Provide direct support to the Stores Team Lead with respect to the administration of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Asset Management.

Requirements:

• We are open to varied experience, as on-the-job training will be provided.
• It would be desirable if you had experience working in stores/warehouses.
