Data Platforms Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Platforms Manager to join our IT department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a skilled development team in an agile environment, encouraging adherence to Agile principles and team standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a skilled development team in an agile environment, encouraging adherence to Agile principles and team standards
* Oversee full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, while managing risks, timelines, and budgets
* Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to ensure project progress, resource allocation, and alignment with business priorities
* Promote team culture and accountability, providing mentorship and fostering open communication with both internal and external stakeholders
* Track team performance using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Planview) and ensure quality through process monitoring
* Provide regular training, conduct performance reviews, and hold one-on-one meetings to support team growth and development
* Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective project delivery
* Ensure compliance with development standards, including tools, technologies, and collaboration with global teams
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent IT experience
* 5+ years of experience in IT and/or business, including managing IT projects
* Strong background in technology and business, covering strategy, design, implementation, and operations in application development
* Proficient in Agile project management methodologies and development patterns
* Knowledge of solution architecture, design, and databases (SQL, Oracle)
* Hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, Planview, GitHub, and Jenkins CI
* Familiarity with source control systems and software development practices
* Experience with Oracle Product Data Hub and Semarchy MDM tools
