Deputy Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our team at Glenholme. As a Deputy Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our supported living service, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to develop and implement care plans and action plans tailored to the individual needs of service users. With prior experience in a supervisory or management role within the healthcare sector and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including CQC standards, you will be well-equipped to lead our team and drive improvements in the home to enhance resident experience and satisfaction. At Glenholme, we believe in treating individuals, their families and our staff with respect and dignity while placing a high value on equality, equity and diversity. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
