At Intertek, we are seeking a highly skilled Analytical Chemist to join our cGMP labs, located just south of Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing full analytical testing support for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products in accordance with cGMP to meet client milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake quantitative measurement of pharmaceutical compounds in various formulations to support product development, batch certification, and stability testing.
  • Communicate effectively and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Plan, schedule, and carry out work for successful project completion.
  • Accurately document and report all analytical activities and results, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and talented individual with a Higher Education Level in a relevant area, such as chemistry. You should have general analytical chemistry knowledge, including techniques like HPLC and UHPLC. Preferably, you will have 1-2 years of experience working within a cGMP Lab. Experience with testing inhalation products, such as Pressurized Metered-Dose Inhalers (pMDIs), Dry Powder Inhalers (DPIs), and Nebulisers, would be advantageous.
