Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our Finance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of processes across the Trading Function, Finance, and External providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the internal audit recovery on the Supplier Funding area, working closely with the Supplier Funding team and project team.
  • Support the delivery of projects impacting the Supplier funding process, including WBA finance transformation and change initiative projects.
  • Be a main point of contact and escalation for the project team, working directly with the Supplier Funding team, project team, trading, and suppliers.
  • Promote and drive continuous improvement, linking in with the project team.
  • Monitor the output of our third-party Recovery Auditors, holding them to account on agreed targets.
  • Identify areas for Supplier Funding process improvements to mitigate future leakage risk.
  • Complete validations on external and internal claims.
  • Contribute to simplification projects to drive efficiency across end-to-end supplier funding processes.
  • Engage with commercial stakeholders on leakage risks.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of computer software systems and accounting procedures.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
