Commercial Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at The Compleat Food Group. As a key member of our Central Finance Team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain portfolio analysis to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
  • Manage customer pricing models and provide financial insights to the business.
  • Partner with the commercial team to deliver business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Own balance sheet reconciliations and ensure robustness and traceability.
  • Prepare brand P&Ls and participate in monthly business unit reviews.
  • Support the commercial team in financial appraisal of monthly demand re-forecast.
Requirements:
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen, with a willingness to challenge and improve processes.
  • Professionally qualified (CIMA or ACCA preferable).
  • Full clean UK driving license.
