Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a skilled HR Co-ordinator to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for improving administrative processes and general HR procedures. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in administration or recruitment, or for a strong Administrator looking to transition into HR.

You will work closely with the HR team to coordinate training administration, provide recruitment support, and ensure onboarding and compliance. You will also contribute to the improvement of employee engagement and share ideas for staff benefits. Additionally, you will participate in HR meetings and help develop the department.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Experience with compliance and confidentiality is highly valued. While prior HR experience is not required, it would be beneficial. We are committed to providing training and development opportunities for the right candidate.

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £25,800 - £27,200. The company is based in South Derby and requires the successful candidate to be able to drive and commute from nearby areas.
