Technical Team Lead

The role combines a mixture of hands-on development working alongside the team whilst also taking on managerial responsibilities and supporting the Senior team with code reviews, performance management and contributing to technical decisions.

The Role

The Technical Team Lead will be responsible for leading the development team and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. This will involve working closely with the Senior team to identify and prioritize tasks, and ensuring that the team has the necessary resources and support to deliver their work.

Tech Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience of leading teams. They will also have a good understanding of the company's technology stack and be able to communicate effectively with the development team.
